The learning policies also emphasize maintaining the confidentiality of information and not violating public morals, general laws, and national policies when participating in any educational activities by the teacher or trainee on the platform. The platform reserves the right to delete and prevent the participation of any users in case of any breach of the stated usage rules, including deleting the user's account in case of hacking another account, identity theft, or detecting cheating during assignments and exams.

Eligibility Criteria for Using the Service

This service is only available for use by individuals who are over 18 years old and who are capable of complying with agreements and contracts according to the law. By registering on the site and agreeing to the terms of use, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the service.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all local laws regarding the ethical use of content on the internet. Additionally, you will be responsible for paying any taxes imposed, whether in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the country of origin, the home country, or the country of residence. Furthermore, some services provided by 'Doroosi Platform' may be subject to additional terms and conditions that we may publish from time to time. Your use of these services is subject to these additional terms and conditions, which will be included in this agreement under this clause.

Password :

You are fully responsible for all activities and damages that may result from poor password management and failure to maintain its confidentiality. If any unauthorized access or suspected security breach occurs, you must notify 'Doroosi Platform' immediately. We will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from failure to maintain password confidentiality.

Account Information :

You agree to keep your account information up to date, including your email address, contact information, and appropriate payment details.

Transfer of Account Ownership and Preservation :

You cannot transfer or sell your account on 'Doroosi Platform' or your username to any other parties. You are responsible for all activities related to your account or username.

Right to Refuse Service :

'Doroosi Platform' reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend any account that violates any of the terms and policies of this agreement or violates any laws in the country of residence. We reserve all rights to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time.

User Content Agreement:

When you enroll in a course through 'Doroosi Platform', you will have access to the course videos and content as long as the course is still available on the site. We may, at our discretion, make the course available indefinitely, but your access may be blocked if it is deleted from the site. We recommend downloading any content and keeping backup copies for later use. The site cannot restore access to deleted files or provide copies or resell them.

You agree that you will not share the course with friends or upload course videos and content anywhere to be re-uploaded for free on the internet.

You agree that by downloading any free course content or even after paying for the certificate, you do not have any rights to use it commercially. Any use that violates copyright or any other laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may expose you to full legal responsibility for such unlawful use.

Fees, Pricing, and Payments

Fees:

Registering an account on 'Doroosi Platform' is completely free for all members. However, we may change this policy in the future and may also, at our discretion, change some or all of 'Doroosi Platform' services at any time. In case a new service is introduced, the fees for this service will be effective immediately upon launch unless otherwise stated. All amounts displayed will be in Saudi Riyals. You are also responsible for paying all taxes imposed and taxes that come directly through 'Doroosi Platform' or any of its services offered.

Course or Certificate Pricing:

'Doroosi Platform' is responsible for setting the prices for training courses or certificates. 'Doroosi Platform' may change course prices from time to time, either increasing or decreasing them.

User Agreement for Course Payment:

You are responsible for reading the course description and ensuring its suitability for you and that you achieve the passing grade before payment.

Refund Policy:

1- All payments made through 'Doroosi Platform' are final and non-refundable. In eligible cases only, and at the site's discretion, we may consider refunding money in the following cases:

a. Cancellation of the training course.

b. Postponement of the training course if the new course date is not suitable for the user.

c. If the financial amount was deducted twice by mistake.

2- All refund processes will be subject to 'Doroosi Platform' audit and approval before being processed. In this case, 'Doroosi Platform' will refund the financial amount to the user in a manner deemed appropriate by the site, including adding it to the user's account to re-subscribe to courses.

3- It is the user's responsibility to know the appropriate hardware to run any digital files or training course videos downloaded from 'Doroosi Platform'. No refunds will be processed in such cases. If the course is deleted for reasons such as intellectual property rights infringement, public property infringement, or any other reason, no financial refunds will be made.

4- 'Doroosi Platform' cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee the accuracy of the information provided through our platform. Users can report any course containing incorrect information, but the platform will not process any financial refunds for such a course.

5- 'Doroosi Platform' does not guarantee that the content provided on the platform will meet the user's needs and expectations, and the platform will not process any financial refunds for any course that the user does not find useful.

6- No refund will be processed if the trainee fails to achieve the passing grade for the course.

7- All refund requests must be made via info@doroosi.com. The email must include the course name, username with details, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Transfer of Rights:

'Doroosi Platform' does not provide any rights or ownership transfer services from the teacher to the trainee or vice versa.

Member and Visitor Behavior and Academic Integrity

As a condition of using the site, members and visitors agree to all the following terms:

1-You must be a registered member to subscribe to free and paid courses on the site.

2- You are required to choose a username and password. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

3- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your username.

4- You are responsible for your behavior and any content, materials, or information you upload, post, or display on the site or any activities conducted under your username.

5- You agree not to assist or encourage anyone seeking to compromise the security of the system, bypass it, modify the security system, or any part of the site, or alter this agreement in any way.

6- You are obligated to report any account that you find is impersonating you by contacting us through the 'Contact Us' page or via email at info@doroosi.com. We will review the report and resolve it as quickly as possible.

7- Registration cannot be accepted until the final activation of membership by clicking on the link sent by us to your email.

Additionally, members and visitors agree, while using the site, to avoid the following:

8- Violating this agreement or any of our instructions, policies, applicable laws, statutes, or regulations (e.g., those related to consumer protection, unfair competition, or misleading advertising).

9- Uploading, sharing, or transmitting content containing false, illegal, harmful, vulgar, offensive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or conflicting with Islamic principles and values.

10- Uploading, sharing, or transmitting content containing unsolicited or unauthorized advertising materials.

11- Transmitting any viruses, malicious software, or codes that may harm users devices or the site.

12- Violating any laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or Islamic Sharia laws, ethics, morals, and traditions.

13- Uploading content that is subject to local or global laws regarding electronic content safety, such as harmful content, which may be subject to recall and inspection.

14- Using the site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

15- Impersonating any person or entity, including but not limited to, an employee of 'Doroosi Platform', a user, or any other person or entity.

16- Transmitting any email, content, or personal information of any person without explicit permission.

17- Transmitting any email, product, or content that is false, misleading, or deceptive.

18- Selling or offering any stolen products that may violate patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or any other rights of a person or entity, or those that violate privacy rights, public rights, or those that defame a person or entity. Additionally, materials that you do not have the rights to make available under any law or contract.

19- Manipulating prices for any course or interfering with another member's listings.

20- Placing links within any content on 'Doroosi Platform' to any other platform or service that offers the same services as the site, such as providing training courses, unless explicit written permission is given by 'Doroosi Platform'.

21- Marketing any illegal products or prohibited services under any positive law.

22- Uploading any content containing viruses, codes, files, or programs designed to disrupt or impair the functionality of any software or hardware of computers or communication devices.

23- Disrupting or interfering with the normal flow of any window by increasing the number of requests to the site (flood attack), or any method that negatively affects members and visitors and their ability to use the platform.

24- Using any misleading email address or IP address or altering the headers of transmitted data packets to hide the original source of the product transmitted through the site.

25- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 'Doroosi Platform' computers, servers, and systems, and engaging in any activity that disrupts or reduces the quality and performance of the site's functionality.

26- Attempting to restore privileges to an account that has been suspended or deleted by the site, including but not limited to attempting to open an account with the same username.

27- Harassing any person on the site.

28- Collecting any personal information about members or visitors for commercial or illegal purposes.

29- Using automated methods, including software tools and data mining tools, to download data from the site, except for search engines and similar non-commercial and general archiving tools that comply with our robots.txt file. Or internet services with known non-harmful behaviors such as RSS and Atom. We have the full right to define what we call 'internet services with known non-harmful behaviors'.

Uploading Inappropriate Content

'Doroosi Platform' prohibits certain behaviors and content, and without full commitment, we will work to limit these behaviors and content by deleting them from the site. You acknowledge that :

1- The site is never responsible for any content or information uploaded by members on the site.

2- You must bear all risks associated with exposure to such content or information, including but not limited to, the source of the content and the usefulness of its content and information. 'Doroosi Platform' has the full right to monitor information, content, and posts placed on the service and may delete, modify, move, or partially or completely close any information, content, or any other features on the site at any time and for any reason. It also has the right not to do so.

Intellectual Property and Publishing Policy

'Doroosi Platform' respects all intellectual property rights of others, and we expect members to reciprocate this respect and commitment to these rights and related policies. Posting or sharing unlicensed or commercially copyrighted content, partially or fully, is against the copyright policy, trademark policy, and usage policy of 'Doroosi Platform'. We may delete such materials and content that we believe are inconsistent with the policies mentioned above and may also block access to them. Additionally, we may suspend or terminate the membership of any account that we strongly believe is repeatedly violating the copyright policy by publishing on the site. Our copyright policies have been developed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the specialized courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By agreeing to the terms of use, you also agree to be bound by our copyright policy as mentioned in this agreement.

Compensation

By agreeing to this agreement, you agree to compensate 'Doroosi Platform', all affiliated companies, bodies, agents, employees, and related licensors for any claims, requests, obligations, expenses, or imposed taxes, including reasonable attorney fees arising from any third party or any action taken by any government or regulatory authority as a result of::

1- Any content, information, or materials you upload, post, transmit, or make available through the site.

2- Your use of the site.

3- Your connection to the site.

4- Your actual breach of the agreements, including the copyright policy and privacy policy.

5- Your actual infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights.

6- Your actual violation of any law, legislation, regulations, or rights of others.

Liability for Warranty

'Doroosi Platform', all affiliated companies, employees, and providers offer the 'Doroosi Platform' site and its services as is, without any warranties or conditions, in full. 'Doroosi Platform', all affiliated companies, employees, and providers specifically disclaim any implied warranty that there will be no warranties on the desired results of the training course. Your use of the service provided by 'Doroosi Platform' should be at your own risk. 'Doroosi Platform' does not guarantee or represent the credibility of the site's members.
